Cardboard, paint, plastic and a dream perhaps
cosplayer over here! :) this is not the stuff that you will be able to find for sale and is better to make! you can check if theres tutorials online but my suggestion based on things ive seen in the past is using a mix of pvc pipe, eva foam, cardboard and paint!
