My answer actually tends to change whenever I stumble upon a new and fascinating bird species because, oh my, there are just so many of them out there! But for now, I'd say Cockatiels and Mourning Doves. I love Cockatiels because they're incredibly smart, and their talkativeness reminds me so much of myself in one way or another. As for Mourning Doves, it's mainly because of their magnificent song. I always get goosebumps whenever I hear it. It's probably one of the most beautiful bird songs to ever exist, in my opinion.
