Nothing bad with it, I don't think that's really a thing, trademarking a character that does not belong to you.
The issue lies in a pattern. Why has it happened to multiple people after you are done communicating with them? Why is it a pattern to continuously take from every single person you wrong, as soon as you cut them off?
