What do you think is the perfect time for Rui to finally tell WxS about the Arcland offer?

after rui rejects asahi properly when asahi asks again after rui graduates. people are hoping for an angsty moment but i don't think thats necessary or makes sense (and it's already fulfilled by wl2!!) it will be sentimental ... like ohhh rui 🥹 we love you too
