Hiya! I used capcut to animate it.. but i think alightmotion would be better. How I animate the main images is that i just use animations > in (from the right, top, etc) and for the lace i didnt really animate it too smoothly, but i just removed the background of a lace i liked and i used a keyframe to drag it to the top, and added another image of the lace to hopefully line up with the other one and also used keyframes to drag it upwards. For the blinking i dont remember but you can use keyframes to adjust its transparency too or the animation to blinking though im not sure if i remember if its a premium feature? I hope that helped.
