it's not one sided, but i think blade would have complicated/complex feelings when it comes to showing romantic affection, but mydei is very easy with it, so i think it could cause some hesitation or tension from blade.
from a non-romantic stand point, i'd like to think they'd probably talk about the affects of their immortality, since both their situations are pretty different
