i'm split on this because i think nctzens spend so long talking about shipping, yaoi, infighting and fanwars that the music gets lost sometimes ( specifically on twt). however nctzens do tend to care about the music from what i've seen but kpop fans in general are awful at distinguishing genres from what i've noticed lol. if this is true this would be concerning lol but also i think people just like generalising doyoung's music. 127 have tons of great ballads and even r&b ballads that i adore. it's hard to tell who does listen to the music and who doesn't given how nctzens act on twt and tt sometimes though lol.
