the time is 12:09 am. adela has been driving for 8 hours straight. she is driving a truck that is 12 feet six inches tall. she reaches the intersection with the 11'8"+8" bridge. it is blinking at her that she is over height and must turn. does adela's truck survive unscathed?
no. even if she does realize that she must turn (unlikely,) her truck is probably already damaged at least a little because she cannot drive a motor vehicle and is actually terrified of doing so and if she has been driving one for eight hours straight she is likely in a fugue state that will only be stopped by a bridge eating her truck
