Absolutely! SC!Mikako tied herself to her duty, her own rules and mission. Her (and the underworld) belief is the Underworld is supposed to stay neutral so it can be fair and just to ALL souls, so pulling an Underworld being such as herself to act as a magistrate to judge Lucifer and his brothers’ sins will disrupt the balance. As for if it’s tied to the original timeline, I think the interviews before hinted that this is an AU. Regardless, I will stick close to the OG depiction and adjusted as more info is revealed!
