In relation to the citizenship of Shalvahar, is it required to be immobile? Also, would they accept a mobile transfem (pre-transition) and give them the acclaimed lardstrogen to change their gender and make them fat? How fat would they have to get? Wait... this is a lot of questions, sorry.

1- most people are still mobile (even at like 500 BMI) so no, citizenship is only at 100 BMI which is Actually Pretty Easy to Get
2- yes absolutely, Shalhavar always welcomes trans people at every stage of transition
