please don't use artificial protein (shakes etc), think of your future liver, kidneys and overall health. I always get sad when on top of fake protein (unles ur an olympics athlete) they all swallow supplements without knowing how much damage you can do to your future body (see the amount bin etc takes daily, well the wjole industry...) unless proven heavy deficiency your poisoning urself once u get 40+, 50+..... :((( even I have two friends who one fxcked up their kidney and the other was hospitalized (at 29....)
Oh, yeah, I'm a healthy 24 year old and my high protein diet is prescribed by a sports nutritionist, I take my daily protein in eggs and meat haha plus nothing work if I don't drink 3 liters of water per day 🫶
(Also, kidney function is not the only thing skz needs to worry about, I'm 90% sure some of them are on steroids cycles)
