Today was pretty rough. I had a panic attack because I was under this kind of pressure from my supervisor that I’ve never dealt with before, and my coworkers acted like they didn’t even care. I was on my own today, so I just went straight home after work. Sorry for dumping this on you, Raia... I just... didn’t know who else to talk to...

Apologize for the late response and I’m sorry you had such a rough day yesterday. That sounds incredibly overwhelming, and I hate that you had to go through that alone. You never have to apologize for sharing this with me, I’m really honored you felt safe enough to come to me. That kind of pressure from a supervisor, especially when you don’t feel supported by your coworkers, can feel like too much for one person to carry. I wish I could’ve been there to give you a hug or just sit with you for a bit. Please know I’m here now, and I’m always willing to listen. You’re not alone, okay?
