Actually I don't really like cheese it is a shame because I'm french and stuff but I rarely eat cheese aside from parmesan cheese with pasta and mozzarella (so . Italian cheeses lmao)
That being said I like mostly goat cheeses all the very fresh and milky cheeses, and also comté is very good!!!! I eat more because my sister buys excellent cheeses so it actually tastes good
