When you’re making space for nuance, how do you deal with people who weaponize complexity?

Excellent question.
When someone uses “complexity” to obscure, not explore, i try to return to clarity with care
like:
“I hear what you’re saying, but can we simplify without erasing?”

Sometimes it works. Sometimes they leave. Either way: less fog.
