I took the official route in my region which is luckily pretty simple, getting a prescription after some meetings with my endocrinologist (who i already knew of since i was on puberty blockers already.) But since not all countries have an informed consent model it may be a lot more tricky to get a prescription. If you can’t go the official way there are alternatives tho I’m not the most well-versed in that realm outside of knowing a few websites. Sorry this probably wasn’t very helpful :(
