Is it ok if AO3 links are locked/privated (as in you need to be signed in)? I dont want to use Google drive, and dont really want to unprivate fics either. Is there another option for sharing examples?

Slightly confused and just wanna double check before I go and apply "we are asking that you provide a portfolio as well as 3 finished pieces, preferably with backgrounds" so does this mean I send in my portfolio and 3 art pieces that aren't in it?
Hello! Yes, preferably, but your 3 pieces can be in it. Your portfolio is mainly for us to see your other work if we are unable to to make a decision off your samples alone!

Can we submit multiple applications? I want to apply for poetry and prose, and I have separate portfolios for both things.
