umamusume fans of alterspring do you think umas can train other umas or is trainer a human only job

i feel like even if it were canon or not this is definitely something that could happen!!! and if i remember correctly, kitasan black (the real horse) after retiring from horse racing kind helped "train" other horses by keeping them in fit or something along the lines of that
