Jisung's working alone in the studio when Chan walks in. It's late - 3 in the morning - and that's the only thing that pulls Jisung out of his workflow, because Chan had been making an effort to fix his godforsaken sleep schedule recently. No matter how angry Jisung may be at Chan in the moment, his care for his hyung overrides everything because what is this man /doing/ here?

"Hyung?" Jisung pries his headphones off his head. "Why are you -"

Chan places a bowl of steaming ramyeon down on the table, pushing the keyboard out of the way. "You didn't eat dinner," he says, frowning. "When was the last time you had anything?"

"...breakfast?"

AKA: the granola bar he was eating when he and Chan blew up at each other.

It wasn't even over anything serious, Jisung can't remember what set him off. Stress, maybe? But in minutes, he and Chan were yelling at each other like sworn enemies instead of brothers, and Jisung had stormed out, and -

Chan just sighs, bringing the wooden chopsticks to the ramyeon. He swirls it around, picking up some of the spicy noodles, before bringing it to Jisung's mouth. "Eat."

"But -"

"Jisung-ah."

"/Hyung/, I'm -"

"I know," Chan interrupts softly, free hand petting Jisung's hair softly. "Hyung knows, okay? Things happen. I don't care about the argument. I just want you to eat and get some rest. Can you do that for me?"

Jisung swallows around nothing, nodding sharply. Tears sting his eyes, but he forces himself to contain them, letting Chan feed him the ramyeon.

He'll let Chan take care of him today, and tomorrow, he'll find a way to make it up to their leader.
