I essentially made 2 separate orders the physical book and then on a different day the pocket watch. Will this those automatically combine and ship together or is there something I need to do to allow that? Thanks

I know this is pretty last minute and kind of a weird specific question, but I was wondering; in the cart there are pay by 4 options available with certain apps, but then when I actually go through checkout none of them work. I only want to buy the zine only and pocket watch, but even then the conversion rate from usd to cad is evil, which is why I wanted to do this payment option 😔
Essentially, I'm just curious if anyone knows anything about this because I've never really seen anyone use the option before. But my guess is that BigCartel doesn't actually support these options? Which is kinda frustrating that it's there in the first place if it can't be used, but that's no one's fault of course

For the secret box stretch goal, does that mean the box the package is shipped in will be the special box, or will the zines be shipped in regular cardboard boxes with the special box inside?
They will be shipped in the special box! But it will be protected by a plastic mailer <3

Hi what kind of soft cover will the zine be? I received a zine that’s technically soft cover but to make it sturdy, it has cardboard interior
Hi! The soft cover will be a simple 250gsm foiled matte cover, it will not contain any cardboard interior!

I'm a little confused. How will y'all have leftovers if preorders determine how much needs to be produced? Are you producing extras to sell at leftovers or are leftovers from cancelled orders?
We always order extra since there's a chance some of the items will come slightly misprinted or may be a bit damage from delivery from manufacturer to us. Preorders will get all A-grades (perfect condition upon our shipping mods receiving them), but we will also be selling B-grade and C-grade items during leftovers that might be at a slightly lower cost!

Digital orders will also close along our preorder period due to logistical reasons. However, they will open once again during leftovers period!
