does upgrading the order after initial purchase also include adding the pocket watch? that's what I did and I want to be sure that's considered a "special order"
Yes, it does, since our shipping mods had to manually update the orders in our system to make sure they are sent in the same package instead of separately. Since this requires more attention to detail and 2 order numbers being merged into 1 shipping label, it falls under special orders.

have all the full bundles been shipped?
Not yet! Please take into consideration the number of orders we received (over 1200 of them were physical full bundles, so they'll be taking the longest!). They are currently in progress, and should be done by summer. Thank you for your patience!

You guys keep talking in months about remaining deliveries when it's already been so long and we're getting worried. Can you give us a reliable due date?
Hi!
Out of 2000+ orders, 1200+ were full bundles. Currently, other than special orders, all non full bundles have been shipped.
We have two humans working on the shipping. They have singlehandedly packed and sent out over 800 orders. That is over 100 packages per week since our address change form closed 7 weeks ago. This is not something they are getting paid for. Packing, printing the labels and sticking them on each box individually, and taking all the boxes to go into the mail takes a lot of time.
Other than the batches shown on social media, there is no specific order the bundles are being sent in, so we cannot provide a more reliable due date for any specific individual order, unfortunately. All we can confirm for now is that all of the packages will be sent before the end of summer if things go well.
We appreciate your patience, and we're trying our best to get everything to you as fast and smoothly as possible.

Hello, is there a set date for the delivery of the digital editions?

Digital files will be sent in about a week. Since there are a lot of orders and there is a limit to how many emails we can send per day, they'll be going out in batches over the course of 5-6 days. We will be making a social media post once all of them have been sent!

Are you still planning on after sales/leftover sales? I got into jayvik a couple of days after you originally closed orders and have been thinking about this zine ever since T_T And also, what is the best way to be notified of those sales when they go live?
Hi! We will definitely be holding leftover sales. We're looking at this summer! We will be making a social media post once all current preorders have been sent, at the very least 2 weeks before opening them (most likely 1 month)

Is there any news on the delivery of the next sets without the pocket watches? It's been quite a while, I'm starting to get nervous, especially when people post unboxing photos, and others don't even have a tracking code.
Hi! Full bundles without the pocket watch have begun shipping! We will be posting another shipping progress update soon. However, please understand that we have received over 2000 orders, which are all being packaged individually by our shipping mods. They are also shipping them out in batches as they finish packaging each bundle, which allows for some breaks in between to avoid burnout. This means that some people are receiving their orders earlier, while the rest are still being carefully packed, as they must also check that all the items don't have any damage or imperfections (e.g. misprints) one by one. Furthermore, one of our shipping mods is currently on vacation, and they will be getting back to work as soon as they return.
The tracking codes are being created and sent to your order email as soon as the shipping label is created! So please don't worry about your order too much. You may reach out if, for our shipping updates on social media, the bundle you have ordered shows as "complete" but you are yet to receive the tracking number.

How come I've been seeing people posting photos of the full bundle (convergence) when you haven't even started shipping those yet :/
Those might be the flat bundles (Partnership) which are currently in progress!
