NYEHEHEHE I WAS WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO ASK ABOUT JIHAN and i'm gonna throw y'all a curveball actually: it's the both of them, although jeonghan externalizes it more through. joshua is basically just as needy, but in a more emotional sense.

jeonghan being needy about joshua is a well-documented phenomenon so i feel like i don't even need to talk at length about it LKHSDFLKHS but in general, libras tend to seek companionship and reassurance from the people they love. i think one thing that can be left out of the discussion when it comes to libras is how insecure they can get. i touched on it when i talked abt yeonjun and his libra moon, but libra worries a lot about how people view them, what they think of them. it's a living and active worry in the back of their minds, if the people in their life still love them. a lot of the people-pleasing is fueled by that, honestly.

although, i will say that with jeonghan it's slightly different. because, yes, he has that libra stellium, but he also has his aquarius moon and scorpio mars. aqua and scorp are a lot more selective about who they choose to care about, and it really shows with hannie i think! like you really couldn't get him to give a damn about the opinions of people outside of his circle. he saves his energy for the folks he loves and his anxieties about being of use, being significant, crop up a lot more there. he's definitely still Very aware of any shift in the way he's treated, and he still has that natural libran social feeler for when people like him or don't like him, but that innate sensitivity doubles when it's about the people he actually cares about.

so which is why we get jeonghan being Really Needy with joshua LKHSDFLKHSFD i think the thing is too with jihan is that they kind of seek out each other's approval in a way? like obv svt take eo's opinions seriously when it's important (and jeonghan's opinion in particular too matters a lot to the members) but hannie seems to seek out shua's approval even in little things. (and this is a vice versa situation, to be clear; joshua has a clear praise kink.)

meanwhile with joshuji...look i know people have a lot to say about this diva's capricorn placements and i get it. he's So Obviously a capricorn. (my personal favorite tell is his hands. i love cap hands man. taehyung has them too.) self-sufficient, independent, level-headed, yadda yadda BUT HAVE WE FORGOTTEN CAPRICORN'S SISTER SIGN????? IT'S CANCER!!!!!! AND WHAT IS CANCER?????? A NEEDY BITCH!!!! (i mean this with love, i love cancers)

even without the cancer connection, the entire Thing with capricorns is that they front bad bitch-isms but actually need a lot of love and nourishment and care. they're Very Used to looking out for themselves, their big journey is letting other people do that for them. they're highly emotive people a lot of the time!!! it's just that they're accustomed to having to set that aside because they're quite literally Besieged so often.

and then we have shua's moon, which i'd argue is at the center of his whole thing bc hooboy. his taurus moon is pretty heavily afflicted. i'm gonna touch on his moon square mercury + uranus in particular, because it does make him struggle to understand what he's feeling a lot of the time (i imagine that this was a more significant problem for him when he was younger). like there's a lot of distrust toward his own feelings, he second-guesses himself in that regard. but then he also has moon square neptune which makes him ridiculously sensitive and perceptive to the things going on around him. so there's an influx of information coming in but then the processing of that information can be a bit of a struggle for him. THERE'S A LOT GOING ON!!!

so josh is someone who Also needs a lot of reassurance and can be needy as a result of that. it's just that jeonghan is a lot more obvious about it. (i think it's down to the difference in their most dominant signs, really; libra's a lot more communicative than capricorn, and josh's aqua venus can be REALLY awkward about admitting that he's a human being with emotional needs.)
