When you say Twitter threads are not allowed in applications does that mean they aren’t allowed to be sent in as a link to the thread or that something written for Twitter isn’t allowed? I’m sorry if this doesn’t make sense. (I’m asking because I have written a lot of threads for Twitter on Google docs and wanted to know if that would be allowed.)
Just the link to threads on Twitter is not allowed. If you compile the content to Google Docs then we accept that!

Do non-explicit mentions of sex count as nsfw since it’s still sex? I want to make sure for my application

did yall extend apps because the current ones weren’t good enough :(
The timeline had to be adjusted for the mods' schedule so it worked out to extend apps! We also haven't reviewed all the apps yet but we know that there are lots of talented people in the fandom so don't feel discouraged :)

Yes, everything will be pushed back. We haven't had time to create a new schedule yet but it will be updated on our Carrd soon!

do you guys plan on selling the previous zines in some kind of bundle in the future?
Maybe! We are mostly out of stock for the previous volumes so we would need to do a reprint if we were to sell them again. This will be decided later since even if we do offer them, it won't be until the Inarizaki sales open. However, previous volumes are always sold individually and not as part of any bundles.

There's no limit! You can have as many pieces as your heart desires.

We generally aim for 22 artists and 6 merch artists, 8 writers, but these numbers may change once we review all the apps!

Hello! For writers applications, would linking my ao3 account as my portfolio be okay if there are nsfw works? Or would a google doc with direct links to sfw fics be better?
We mostly look at individual samples for writers so if you link to SFW samples and your AO3 as a portfolio that would be fine!

Will creators who have made “proship”/dead dove content be considered as well? I know content for the Zine will be sfw and have no ships, I just want to know if stuff made outside of the Zine will affect decision making
We will not be checking the backgrounds or post history of every applicant. As long as you are respectful within the zine and your portfolio aligns with our criteria, you are welcome to apply!
