Hello, maybe you can just check IDs before allowing the guests to enter the venue instead of asking for the IDs to be submitted with the registration form? That way, you can ensure that everyone is using their own IDs because with the registration form, I can use the name and ID of someone else.
Hello! Thank you for your concern about the ID during registration. This is our standard protocol to make sure attendees are of age when they register. We will still ask to see their IDs on the day but as a first precaution, an ID is needed to register and pay. If by chance they lie, they will not be permitted inside the event.
