Hi okay so by royal law they are officially bonded! I definitely took a more traditional approach to mating (to fit the story) in which only the alpha needs to bite the omega in order to mate. It’s even more important that yj bit bg because I believe I mentioned that it is taboo for a king to bite someone who isn’t their queen. King Hyunseok had concubines and kids with them, but still only mated Queen Eunyoung. It’s also important for the king to not be bit and fully lock in the mating so he can have concubines or mate another in case of death or other circumstances. But that is not to say an omega can’t bite the alpha back. I would say in this world, the bond exists already if one bites another but to fully lock it into its full potential, they must bite one another. But it is taboo to do so for a king and queen.
