just read ur nightingale ff it was phenomenal, please write more horror you‘re so talented! I has the same feeling when reading uzumaki, also im very curious about your own interpretation and meaning of this story.

THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! i do have plans to write more horror hehehehe i loveeee writing horror!! my own interpretation of the story…i think that the nightingale is a symbol or grief but also guilt. jay is so guilty throughout the entire fic (of mourning his father, killing the nightingale, dragging jake down, etc) and everytime he has a feeling of doubt or guilt…he ends up in some alternate reality where things are going wrong. the ending, with jake finding jay buried in the woods, alludes to the fact that everything up until he killed the nightingale was real, but all of the events after were in his head or apart of an alternate reality…i’d like to let the reader interpret what they think!! pls tell me ur opinion anon hehehe
