AND situations like this always make me think of these two cosplayers from germany who kept getting asked if they were dating. theyād always say they were just friends and so onā¦ YEARS later it came out theyād actually been together the whole time and had been lying and making up stories for whatever reason HAHAHA
minsung has way more reasons to lie or to tell untrue facts that mislead fans and distract from the possibility that they might be more than just friends, whether itās because of the generally negative view of homosexuality in their country, or the parasocial relationship they have to maintain with fans, whatever. but the point is, if two random cosplayers can lie about their relationship for years, idols who have way more reasons definitely do too HAHAHA. and honestly, iād probably lie too if you think about the pressure theyāre under and what kind of consequences would hit if a relationship like that came out.
