hi!! any advice on writing trans characters? i’m writing a fic and i’d like to know from an actual trans person their perspective on experiences or feelings etc! i want to make sure that im being accurate and not being ignorant :)
Sorry for such a long wait for a reply, a lot of things happened LOL.
Best advice? Read from trans authors, and really put time and thought and energy into your trans character. What were they assigned at birth? What do they identify as now? Do they want to be on t or e? Do they want top or bottom surgery? Are they closeted? To everyone, or just family? What's their romantic identity? Do they use packers, or stuff bras to help settle dysphoria? How do they dress? Do they like makeup? Are they gender non-conforming? There's a lot of little things that go into an identity that need to be thought about! Just make sure you're thinking of those things when crafting a trans character!

So apparently it's an old thing so i don't know if you heard of it but oikawa was writing messages to iwaizumi on his locker's whiteboard and people started making headcanons about it, just look at the qrts 🥹

challenged him to everything under the sun and he still won the iwaoi vision hit me HARD. And i love oikawa's relationship with kageyama like that's his junior i looove them!!! Anyway I'll start s3 tomorrow so expect more commentary (I already know that they win against shiratorizawa i had to search i couldn't contain my excitement lolololol) but anyways I can't wait!

The training camp arc was definitely my favorite out of the whole season and I'm beginning to see the bokuaka and kuroken vision this show has such great ships. Also I want to talk about iwaoi for a bit this time because holy shit they were amazing this season. Oikawa is so insanely attractive and I've said it before and I'm saying again but he is. so. much. like. gojo. And iwaizumi is geto levels of alpha male oh my god what do you mean kiyotani (or #16 idk if i remember his name correctly)
