As a short person, what are your personal benchmark heights for considering someone 'short' or 'tall'?

anyone of my height (149cm), below (144cm) or above by only one to five centimeters (154~155cm) are short. average is from 155cm to 165cm. tall is anywhere beyond 165cm.
