Of course, I wrote many stories in the early 2010s. First there was a fantasy novel which I abandoned after around 100 pages, which was meant to be the first in a trilogy, then there was an unconventional fairytale inspired by a dream I had. Finally, there were 8 stand-alone detective stories inspired by colours, set in a fictionalised, British-fied version of my town, starring a woman in her mid-20s who lived in a former cemetery chapel. (I reread this series a couple of years ago and the characters were annoying. Also, I wrote in first person. Ugh.)
