Either way... I forgot I said I'll talk about this later but my honest opinion on the game awards is that despite everything they were really nice. It's been a big year for games and the gaming community, so much amazing indie games! But also, as a Clair Obscur fan, I feel like saying the hate on game is very forced... Sure, there are some titles that other games probably deserved better imo (kcd2 for best rpg, for ex) but I think most of the awards it got are justifiable... The switch up to me is Genuinely insane, the game came out, everyone was like ohhh yes this is the game of the year, but when it got goty and other awards you're all angry? Like make it make Sense... "It shouldn't count as indie game" do you even know what Indie game means... Also people who bring down Clair Obscur, Silksong, Dispatch or Hades 2 are all soooo fucking annoying I don't even care if you do it with a big studio but leave the indie devs ALONE!!!!! 😭 Especially with the "silkslop" kind of comments leave that poor game alone!!!!!!!!!
