hi seo my lovely!! this is an awesome question to get because i unfortunately do not really have much of a process to speak of 😭 for shorter fics (10k words or less) i rarely even outline, i mostly just sit down with some vague idea of the plot and then hope that i can get from point a to point b via sprinting until i hit a wall. my biggest thing that i try to do when i am writing is to write without stopping for periods of time, not rereading anything until later so that i can at least get words on the page, and then piece by piece my fics come together! definitely not a great strategy though LOL

for longer fics, i do try to outline scene-by-scene with the key points that i want to hit, but most of the time my fics escape the confines of the outline and run off to do crazy things on their own without my permission lolol. the things that i find the most helpful are writing out large scale plot points that i have to hit and then also sprinting with friends is so helpful to motivate me to put words down.
