typically the character comes first, and they may end up having a certain appeal (most often, vore), like "damn, it would be hot if this character ate people".

I don't have fetish/kink characters specifically, designing a character for kink exclusively just doesn't work for me because me finding them hot just kind of happens, it's not something I can actively do, which is unfortunate. so, yeah, a lot of the characters from my SFW spaces end up being depicted in kink art, too, haha
