Can I ask what app and settings did u have for your current filter? Its bright enough in a non annoying way

hello! maaf aku telat banget yaa, I had a very low energy these days perks of being an active member of society (re: kerja tnt) .. anyways, aku manual di ibis, yaa. I use a transparent white layer (7%) that I set as 'overlay', terus another transparent white layer (4%) that I set as 'Add'.
