I think it was made in Canva, and it’s totally fine if you can’t make it 100% identical to the original carrd.

i had the carrd ready, but a few days ago the owner said she doesn't allow it ("No inspire/copy/repost!!" on her pinterest profile — @keivenx). i'm sorry i can't make it ): maybe the original creator can help you
