hi previous anon here! yes, sorry i said matt & sarah instead of just sarah. but that's even worse, 1 person having to look through over 100 claims is horrible. the thing is that before, while people did get friends to send in claims, it wasn't as many as there currently are (from what i saw it was only around 10-20 at the max), and it was because a person really really wanted that url, and would use it well. however now, people who went for a url 'just because they could', and put in no effort, can win because of the sheer number of claims—no doubt due to your publication. it's overwhelming to sarah, and disappointing to people who actually wanted that url. you're trying to give everyone a chance and i'm not mad at your intentions, i just don't believe it is working.
