I know cheese probably wasn't really a thing in Edo period Japan, but if it was, would Ryu like cheese? what kinds?

i'm not qualified enough in cheeses to speak with authority but i know in my heart she 100% would be a blue cheese enjoyer. the like really sharp stuff. give her the whole wheel.
