hmmm well i do think it’s a mix of both. in regards to 127, the fandom wouldn’t be resorting to trashy jokes and be so divided if 127 weren’t so inactive now. of course nostalgia plays a part too, but i feel like a lot of the general atmosphere online has just gotten more negative over time, and it ends up making everyone else feel the same way.
dreamzens are only really miserable when fighting with other units or recently, doomposting about mark. some of the posts qrting his departure or constantly bringing up him leaving feel like they’re just doing it for clout bc they know a lot of people are still sensitive about the situation. i’m not saying that they can’t be sad, but it’s been a while so i personally think it would be healthier to let that topic rest a bit instead of keeping it alive for discourse. but other than that the unit has been active consistently for a while now. although a lot of people are more ‘miserable’ now because i see them getting mad that dream don’t have a cb until 4Q, BUTTT they’ve had such a busy 2025 and needed a break lol.
i think wayzennies honestly have an excuse to be miserable since they get genuine crumbs and are still fans. some of the solos are annoying, but atp i can’t blame some of them.. i know we’re getting the mini soon but i am hoping for a full album next year though..
some wishzens are miserable to interact with, but a lot of them are just newer 5th gen stans, and they’ll probably understand fandom dynamics more over time. it’s just that a lot of them act condescending when comparing achievements to the other units. butttt i think they are the least miserable rn? idk we should all just be nicer to each other at the end of the day since we are all fans of the same group. this was a long rant lmao i apologise if it was wordy or if there were grammar mistakes😭😭
