We all know that Penelope is obsessed with Callisto's golden hair and it's just adorable, but I always wondered why it was his hair she was attracted to the most and not his eyes? Blond hair is quite common irl. Even if she lived in Korea she probably saw tons of blond people on the internet, on the other hand, ruby-like eyes are basically non-existant and much more impressive don't you think?
I think it's because it was the first thing she saw from afar, how shiny his blond hair was. It left an impression on her though to be fair, Penelope later admitted she lied about falling for him for his hair (but she was also being honest at the same time somehow), she loved his looked overall.
Penelope also has an obsession for his eyes (calling them "jewel-like eyes" etc.) but it's more subtle.
