Why 400 feet tall, specifically?
Because that is the specific height at which the average 6ft tall adult is approximately one inch tall, and therefore at which the average woman is approximately an inch tall. My stated height is kind of misleading as I like to shrink people more than I like to grow. I say I am 400 feet tall to give people a sense of how big I would look from their perspective.
