I forgot to answer this one yesterday sorry!!! This is a really good question though! There’s the obvious stuff—like Natsuki and her love of baking for people she likes. But I think Natsuki would show love by simply sharing her manga with me—that alone takes a lot more courage than you think. The joy in sharing something you love with someone else… that can be a form of affection all on its own. Yuri likes making Tea for the club, but I think she’d try to learn other drinks for me, and would try making me smoothies sometimes… because as much as she’s a bookworm, I believe she likes making drinks too! She finds the motivation to do it from the way I smile and enjoy anything she does for me, and it pushes her to try going out her comfort zone. Sayori is the most visibly obvious, with how she’d constantly cling to me and would downright snuggle me in public if I let her. With how me and her both struggle with self-care at times, she’d help me work on it, and thus help herself at the same time. Through shared love and motivations, we’d try to improve our health for one another, our love driving us to keep persevering through each day. Even on the cloudy ones, we try to be kinder to ourselves as our love is stronger than our fears. Monika… I believe she’d show appreciation via simple things like small gifts and poems. She often isn’t sure if I’m gonna like something, and she struggles to not go down the perfectionist path when it comes to finding something to do for me. So she tries to use poems she writes for me as a means to improve her technique, and once she realizes I love reading them, she’d make that her main source of showing appreciation. Everyone with their own ways of expressing care and appreciation for me… all of it combined would make me the happiest girl in the world.

Donovan… it probably took him a bit to form a real opinion on me. Back when I’d first met Bryce, he mostly took me as one of those people that Bryce would be temporarily fascinated with. Not out of anything malicious but simply based on how she acts. Once it started becoming clear that I make Bryce happier than she’s ever been in her whole life… that’s when Donovan started to think of me seriously and started talking to me properly rather than silently driving us around when instructed. When me and him became actual friends, he started to watch over me and often helps me remember to take care of myself. He also started becoming rather protective—not in any visible way but it was there. He takes time to listen to me when I feel vulnerable and helps me communicate with Bryce when we have a small disagreement. (Bryce is allergic to apologizing, so any conflict is usually settled via Donovan setting something up for us.) Overall Donovan has grown to like me a lot! I believe I mean something to him.
