I think it works out for people to try, though the more steps there are to buying something the harder it is to give someone a push to spend the money. Its worth trying anyway and seeing if it works
that's what i was thinking as well. i don't want to make things too difficult for anyone. thank you for the feedback! it might be worth it to try this system to see if it's even feasible. if not, i'll try the suggestion of smashwords. or maybe i'll try smashwords around the same time, see which one works better.

Hm hm I guess for the dropbox idea, theres a risk of people sharing the link around. Maybe dropbox has password protection 🤔 . Idk much about this site but could smashwords be an option?
thank you for mentioning this, i didn't think of it! i decided to do a quick search and it seems you can set passwords for your content on the site? and they can be set to expire after a certain time. this might be worth looking into afterall then...
as for smashwords, it's probably the only other site i've been considering lately! i'll have to double check their content guidelines to see if they'll take some of my pieces, haha.
