hi hi honey!! 🩷 as someone who writes a lot of self indulgent scenes and personally finds comfort in that, i would suggest maybe trying a writing exercise where character A goes though what you are, then character B responds in the way you deem ideal or would wish someone would respond to you. then you have a comforting little scene to revisit whenever you’re feeling upset. that helps me personally, so that’s the advice i would give!! 🫶🏻 sending love
