i think keeho adores taeyang in a way that he let taeyang be himself (and is attracted/impressed/struck by how authentic taeyang is even when some people might be put off by his straightforward personality). keeho is also pretty true to himself, but yknow how people like to nitpick him specifically because he is fluent in english and has a very demanding aura, so imo they’re each other’s safe place regardless of the differences in their personality and perspective. from what i’ve seen keeho also relishes in taeyang’s attention (he’s a yearner like that) while taeyang is very specific in how and when he shows affection which naturally polarizes their relationship (he’s not slick though ik he thinks very highly of keeho in turn). i think their bond is found on deep and mutual respect with a healthy dose of sexual/romantic curiosity. they know each other quite well and, in a shipping lens, either are trying to get laid or fuck every weekend (simple and vanilla cause taeyang is a simple guy and is not prone to peer pressure (keeho’s whining))

ofc there's things from their dynamic we might be missing when they're not in front of a camera or talking to fans about their daily life and stuff, but i truly believe they're one of the bonds that feel most natural in the group!! they're veeery comfortable with each other and that's why nothing ever seems forced with them, which is funny when keeho does try to get taeyang's attention because, even then, it doesn't seem off and it's just either keeho yearning or them having fun together, which taeyang enjoys. can't ignore the way he looks at keeho whenever he does something and he panics bc he never expects taeyang to do anything in return. 😭
i think that's why they seem that way to me. they never expect anything from the other but for them to be honest and true to themselves, since that's how they love each other most—their real selves.
i do hope taeyang does listen to what keeho wants every once in a while tho, that man is desperate (poor guy).
something i'll always love is how keeho adores all the members in his own unique way for every one of them, and with taeyang it's just them being two guys who live a normal life together despite being idols.

18 hours late to this HELL i'm sorry.
honestly i didn't really think much about the ship when i joined the fandom because, to me, on the surface, they just looked like the typical "opposites attract" ship since they seem to be so different in many ways. but as i've analyzed their personalities and i think that is a huge part of their dynamic, i do think they know and understand each other perfectly. intak is very respectful with jiung's boundaries and never crosses the line with him since he wants him to feel comfortable, he's always been like that even since the early days. i think that's part of the reason why they've grown so close to each other to the point of calling themselves best friends before debut since they spent so much time together learning about their differences and respecting them. i also think that comfort is the reason why intak also knows that when they're meant to do fanservice during fan events and such with jiung, he knows he won't mind and is more than happy to get close to him when he has the chance, since jiung will let him because he rarely says no to doing fanservice. their bond is strong to the point you can catch them staring fondly at each other at times, acting like they're nothing special, like they're just two guys who enjoy being around each other. their bond is so strong that jiung and intak gravitate towards the other whenever they laugh, especially if they're sitting together, since their first instinct is to share the happiness with someone they've spent such a long time with and that they already have happy memories with.
tldr; i love their dynamic where they're different but they understand each other and care/respect one another. intak likes allowing jiung to be comfortable (+ since he's sensitive) and jiung appreciates that effort a lot, so he reciprocates by having fun with him and showing a more energetic personality to adapt to intak's.
