Honestly, I think rather than boring, I just find it a little hard to connect when someone doesn’t seem to enjoy anything or have something they like to talk about. Because when you like something, it makes conversations flow so much easier. I can ask about it, learn about you, see what makes you happy, but if you don’t like anything… then yeah, what are we supposed to talk about? 😭

Imagine going through life not really liking anything… that sounds more sad than boring to me :/
