trauma bond!!!!!!!! from natalies abuse. its not intentional. nathaniel doesnt even know. but they dont bond solely on emotional damage and trauma, they bond once they form similarities, and nathaniel begins to enjoy his company silently. nathaniel also later got him out of some of his unhealthy coping mechanisms, and azaroth distracts him from cutting himself, sometimes distracts him from his issues all together.....they are my little guys and besties forever/J lol they are doomed kinda
