idk, i guess it depends on the fic? if it's mostly smut, i'll tag top/bottom because that's pretty much the point of the fic. but if it's a longer, plot-driven story, i generally don't bother because i don't see the sexual dynamics as the point of reading it. i'd rather people be invested in the story and characters regardless of who's topping or bottoming. if that loses me readers, i'm fine with it. i don't really wanna play the t/b dynamics game.
