ooh good question. i think there’s definitely some room for interpretation, but in my head minho is bi/queer in general, and i tried to establish that jisung also had at least some attraction to men before any of this happened, even if he’d never really examined it and still thought of himself as straight.

and yes, i personally wrote minho as already knowing he was into jisung beforehand. the whole "i can teach you / you can watch" thing is honestly a pretty thinly veiled excuse for him to see if jisung might be willing to cross that line with him. i don’t think he goes into it thinking, this is my master plan, this is how i’m going to make jisung realize he likes me, exactly, but he’s definitely aware that he wants him.

especially because, from minho’s perspective, jisung has already been giving him little hints that the attraction might be mutual - jisung just doesn’t recognize them as hints because he hasn’t figured himself out yet. so minho is basically going, okay, i think there’s something here, but i’m going to give him an extremely plausible excuse to explore it and let him come to that conclusion himself.

the sex doesn’t make minho start liking jisung. it just gives both of them an excuse to finally do something about what was already there - or at least, that's how i thought of it when i was writing it.
