That’s the entire joke T^T I post these things like “haha so what if in omegaverse—” because I find it funny to project real life period bullshit and gender based health disparities onto men through the wonder of slick! I’ve posted before about omegas with endo and irregular periods who can’t access appropriate care and can’t find understanding alphas on short notice, or omegas whose doctors deny them a hysterectomy because “what if you want pups later?” 🤡 Omegaverse can just be some nasty delicious smut of course and I love that too, but I do find it compelling when people also dig into very much real gender discrimination through fake subgenders. I like coming up with “realistic” biology headcanons myself for the universe like microbiome of slick or immune reaction to mating since I study that irl lol.
