hi, thank you for sharing! you noticing a pattern in yourself is definitely a good thing, it means you self reflect and actually know what to improve in. fear and desire go hand in hand, if you fear something there is a part of you that wants and is curious to it. in frustration there is also a want to move forward and be better. you should give yourself a big tap on your back for recognizing those. there is really no other way then to be brave and break the pattern in you, the outcome will always either be happiness or hurt but that too is flux. but regret, is not!!!!!!!!!!!!
