i mean he already somewhat (the part with jace passive agressive hanging around him till alec assimilate him into his inner family lmaoo) also if the lightwood parents die it'll probably due to the circle business, we dont get much insight into other lightwood and trueblood relatives too (max being banished anw) and if there anyone left they may not wanna take the lightwood kids in due to the circle stuff
