tenor which is the website many apps/websites used to get their gifs from is removing its api meaning other websites/apps cant use them anymore the only way you can use them is by downloading their gif keyboard unfortunately :( twt has afaik always used both tenor and giphy so now only gifs from giphy are available on twitter...there is a new website called klipy which is run by people who used to work at tenor and some websites/apps that used to use tenor are now using that website (discord for example) but there are no news abt twitter using anything other than giphy as of now...sad
